Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.

Hallway rug material: The fabric is made of super soft crystal velvet, and the interlayer is made of high-quality polyester that will not deform and not dent when stepped on. The bottom has anti-slip particles and short fleece.

Carpet advantage: Exquisite pattern, durable, the overall thickness is moderate, easy to clean, very comfortable to step on.

Regarding maintenance: The carpet runner is easy to clean and has short pile. It is usually rinsed with water or wiped with a damp cloth. If necessary, use some detergent or similar items.

Note: Due to the carpet-like fabric structure, an error of about 2-3cm usually occurs when determining the process size.
